ForceUpdateLocalDBDailyOnStart left undefined would in some circumstance force a local update when none was required

This issue affects MonTel32, Notify32:

ForceUpdateLocalDBDailyOnStart left undefined would in some circumstances force a local update when none was required. This may not be an error, but may occurred as a result of old MONTEL.INI files or as a result of using an older version of the client.

If re-running setup.exe does not fix the problem (in fact if it does please tell us anyway!) call Netwiz support or send and Email to support@netwiz.com.au.
