This issue affects MonTel32, Notify32:
A normal user entering a blank client when AutoCompleteNewClientsAndContact = 1 would force MonTel to exit.
This may not be a bug, since it is not been shown to be reproducible.
It may be the result of using an older version of the client (which can be remedied by running setup.exe again on the local PC). If re-running setup.exe does not fix the problem (in fact if it does please tell us anyway!) call Netwiz support or send and Email to support@netwiz.com.au.
