MonTel controls

For version 2.12.26 onwards
MonTel has two types of controls that extend the standard and common sets of controls that are used in Windows. These are the 'General' controls that are used inside the EdIni.exe series of applications, are are actually included as part of the main source code.
MonTel custom 'Common' controls, are complete controls implemented as an extension to the operating system, so are both potentially (though in actually are usually included as as part of the application) available as a separate standalone DLL.
