Web Reports Installation

The topics in this section provide information about configuring IIS, PHP and the MonTel Web reports. PHP and the MonTel web reports can be found on the MonTel Web site in the Downloads for Customers area in the "Montel32 v2.10 Download Page" as webrep.zip.

MonTel web reports depend on information stored in an SQL database by SERSQLSV.EXE, usually in a database called "CALLREC".

MonTel Web reports are PHP scripts, and have been designed for PHP 4.3.8 running on IIS, with a modern browser.

The steps for installation are:

  1. Make sure that SERSQLSV Server SQL Service is working correctly.
  2. Make sure that IIS is installed and working correctly on the relevant server (see Issues with IIS 5.0).
  3. Install PHP if is not already installed (see Installing and configuring PHP).
  4. Install MonTel Web reports (see Installing MonTel Web reports).
