When running the client for the first time on a computer that has previously not had the MonTel client, and where the computer has not been rebooted since SETUP was run (to set up the MonTel Clint), call record displays may appear as one pixel high character's, effectively displaying in the grid as a series of gray lines.
This is caused by the NETWIZ.FON not being recognised by the system, and seems to occur only on Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 installations after the client is first installed. The work around is to re-boot the computer. (Which will fix the problem). Once the font is working, the problem should not re-occur. It would appear that Windows NT and 2000 systems do not recognise a newly installed font until the system has been rebooted. This problem does not occur on Windows 9x systems.
This is the only reason why Setup needs to re-boot the client.
