Getting Started

First of all, your network administrator needs to set up the users and their extensions. The task is simple and requires no great computer knowledge. If you plan to show departments, full names and positions you will need to add those as well.

Use the Start button on the task bar to open the Programs menu in the MonTel sub menu and then click on "Telephone Extension List v3.0".

It should open and you can use it - not too hard at all! See How to use Ext32.
