How MonTel Works

MonTel MonImpSv collects client and other information from the Practise Management Accounting system or Pcounter or Supervisor in an automatic background service that can be activated whenever it's needed.

MonTel ServerSv collects call record information automatically from the PBX or the telephone system, calculates its cost, and distributes those call records to a master record file and to the individual user who made the call.

The MonTel client activates a popup straight after a call if the specified cost threshold is exceeded. With this immediate feedback the user is able to add the job code and update the call record. MonTel learns as it goes, so the next time the popup has the same destination number, it will pre-populate the field with the appropriate client or job code.

MonTel MonexSv exports the completed call record transactions automatically to either the Practise Management Accounting system or Pcounter or Supervisor. This can be configured to occur as often as needed.

From the end users perspective users, there is only one basic step. From the system implementation point of view it is as easy as hopscotch.
