Netwiz Time Zone Adjust License Agreement

This program "Time Zone Adjust ", which includes computer software and any associated media and printed materials including on-line or electronic documentation or help files is herein referred to as the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you have agreed to be bound by the terms of this Software License Agreement.

1. This Netwiz Software License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Netwiz Pty Ltd for the Netwiz SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
2. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is intellectual property owned by Netwiz Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
3. You may install and use as many copies of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT on this and any number of computers and redistribute this product to any person or organisation providing that:
4. You do not modify this SOFTWARE PRODUCT in any way.
5. You redistribute all help files and other forms of electronic documentation that comes as part of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT may NOT be distributed with any part missing.
6. You do NOT redistribute this product to any individual or organisation that is in direct competition with Netwiz Pty Ltd.
7. You do NOT redistribute this product for commercial gain. (You may, however, charge a small handling fee covering the price of the media and distribution).
8. You acknowledge that this SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided free, and indemnify Netwiz Pty Ltd, its staff and agents and suppliers to the full extent permitted by law against all claims, actions demands or damages arising directly or indirectly out of the Licensee's use or possession of the Software and such indemnity shall extend to any fault or failure in the Software or related documentation to perform any particular test or to achieve a particular result or to comply with a particular specification. This clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
9. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
10. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Netwiz may terminate this Software License Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Software License Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or return them directly to Netwiz Pty Ltd.
11. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Netwiz Pty Ltd or its suppliers.

Each part of this Agreement shall be severable from the other and if for any reason any part is invalid or unenforceable such invalidity or enforceability shall not prejudice or in any way affect the validity or enforceability of any other part.
