MonTel Support

Since October 2000, the latest version is available at the same time as the announcement in the the version information from the MonTel application topics. The information in the MonTel application topics. is building up fast. I would recommend that you have a look at this page and book mark it for later reference.

MonTel is our commercial application. We do not technically offer support on our FREEWARE software, however if you do have an issue, please E-mail me at support@netwiz.com.au . I will probably be able to help in any event.

The most recent versions of MonTel are able to use an MS SQL 7.0 or MS SQL 2000 database, and MSDE 1.0 is provided for those sites that do not have a full MS SQL product. MSDE is a short form of the SQL 7.0 database engine. Using an SQL back can make MonTel more than 10 times faster than the previously used Jet engine.

Please note that latest MS Service packs should be applied to these database engines.
